As a mentor, how can you help with the Fuse community?

I am outgoing and enjoy spending time with people as well as nature, both of taught me a lot. I plan to mentor by helping businesses develop strong relationships, what that means and how to do it and most importantly with whom. Also to share; the ability to listen without judgement, the importance of understanding different ideas and the necessity of planning. Most areas specific to helping meet business goals. Managing people, Strategic planning, hiring practices, incentive structures, budgeting, benefits and the best use of consultants.

Biography

Steve Anderson has been an active Tri Cities community member for more than 30 years, with leadership roles as, CEO of Meier Architecture and Engineering, Board member of the STEM Foundation and currently as President of the Tri Cities Local Business Association (TCLBA). Steve also served as Board Chair of the Community Economic Revitalization Board in Olympia from 2008 to 2016. I enjoy supporting Fuse and it’s exciting mission.
