Erik Ralston is experienced leading technical teams on the Microsoft web stack, driving startup education programs in the Tri-Cities community, and delivering projects to Fortune 500 companies. Erik holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Washington State University (WSU) Pullman where he studied human-computer interactions and neural networks. He has over 12 years of diverse software industry experience including: building enterprise web apps at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), international web consulting with Sitecore, and delivering mobile apps for B2B and B2C startups.

Erik is an avid supporter of STEM education in the Tri-Cities community, including: visiting local middle schools to demystify software engineering as part of "STEM Like Me" organized by Washington STEM Education Foundation, judging the MESA engineering competition, and sitting on the CTE Advisory committee for Delta High School where he provides industry-perspective recommendations on science curriculum.
