Printer Set-Up (Windows)

For Windows:

1. Download Driver on http://ricoh-usa.com
   1. Go to “Support & Downloads” tab > “search for downloads” > type in “C4504” in search field 
   2. Download driver for MP C4504 > click “I Agree”
2. Printer Driver > click on “PCL6 Download”. Download will automatically start.
3. A window will pop up, click “Unzip” and save
4. Now go into Printer settings > Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Add a printer (+)
5. If Fuse Main Floor doesn’t appear, click on “printer I want isn’t listed”
6. Click box next to “Add a printer by TCP/IP address or host name” > next
   1. In “Address” field input the follow IP codes:
      1. (Fuse Main Floor printer) 192.168.104.2
      2. (Fuse Second Floor printer) 192.168.104.4
   2. In “Queue” leave blank
   3. In “Location” type in: “Fuse Main Floor Printer”
7. Click “Next”
8. In pop-up window it will say “Setting up….”
   1. CLICK “OK”
9. Print a test page
