Printer Set-Up (Windows)

For Windows:

  1. Go to Settings > Devices >  Printers & Scanners > Add a printer or scanner
  2. Click “The printer that I want isn’t listed”
  3. Click “Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname”
  4. Use the following settings:
    1. Device type: TCP/IP Device
    2. Hostname or IP address:
      1. Main Floor Printer:
      2. Second Floor Printer:
    3. (uncheck) Query the printer and automatically select the driver to use
  5. Choose Ricoh > Ricoh Class Driver
  6. Set Printer Name to “Fuse Main Floor Printer”
  7. Print a test page
